Coach Helm brings a wealth of wisdom from winning
championships at the high school, college and NBA levels.
Coach Helm served side by side with Lenny Wilkens as his top
assistant coach for 15 years of an NBA career in which Wilkens
accumulated the most wins in NBA history.
Coach Helm’s vast international experience includes clinics in
Australia, Brazil, Spain Poland and Belgium. In the summer of
2004, the NBA sent coach Helm to China with a staff of coaches
to train 150 Chinese coaches.
DVDs
Coach Helm has produced a DVD series with Coach Wilkens on fundamentals in 1996 and in
2012 he produced a DVD series on “Dynamic Defense” with Better Basketball featuring his
popular “four levels of defense development and scouting techniques.”
